No. Customers simply scan your QR code with any phone camera and join the queue in their browser. There is nothing to install.

Does it work in my country and currency?+

Yes. QueueFlow supports any timezone, currency and language, and payments are processed globally through Paddle.

Can I run multiple locations?+

Absolutely. Pro supports up to 5 branches and Premium is unlimited, all managed from a single account with isolated data.

How do notifications work?+

Browser push is built in. SMS and WhatsApp are sent through your own Twilio account on Pro and Premium plans.

How are appointment deposits handled?+

On Premium, customers can pay a deposit when booking. Payments are handled securely by Paddle and a 1% platform fee applies to deposits only.

Can customers use their own language?+

Yes. The customer portal, booking flow, lobby displays and embed widgets include a language switcher with 28 languages. You can also set a default language for your business.

Can I cancel anytime?+

Yes. You keep your plan features until the end of the current billing period, after which the account downgrades automatically.
