1. Acceptance of Terms
By accessing or using QueueFlow ("the Service"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service ("Terms"). If you do not agree to these Terms, you may not use the Service.
These Terms apply to all users of the Service, including operators who register an account ("Tenants"), their staff ("Users"), and their end customers who join queues or book appointments.
QueueFlow is operated by Drive Cars Global, the same developer behind DriveGlobal.
2. Description of Service
QueueFlow is a cloud-based virtual queue and appointment management platform that enables businesses to manage branches, services, counters, customer queues, display screens, notifications, and related operations.
We reserve the right to modify, suspend or discontinue any part of the Service at any time with reasonable notice.
3. Account Registration
To use the Service, you must register for an account by providing accurate, current and complete information. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your login credentials and for all activity that occurs under your account.
You must be at least 18 years old and have legal authority to enter into these Terms on behalf of your organisation. By registering, you represent and warrant that you meet these requirements.
You agree to notify us immediately if you suspect any unauthorised use of your account.
4. Subscription, Payment and Merchant of Record
QueueFlow offers subscription plans (Basic, Pro, Premium) billed monthly or annually. All prices are exclusive of applicable taxes unless stated otherwise.
Your subscription begins after any applicable free trial period unless cancelled before it ends.
Merchant of Record — Paddle. All purchases of QueueFlow subscriptions and platform payment features are processed by Paddle.com Market Limited ("Paddle"), which acts as the Merchant of Record for all transactions on behalf of Drive Cars Global. This means:
- Your legal purchase contract for the subscription is with Paddle, not directly with Drive Cars Global.
- Paddle appears on your card statement or bank statement as PADDLE.NET* or similar.
- Paddle is responsible for collecting and remitting applicable taxes on your subscription.
- Payment disputes, chargebacks and refund requests relating to subscription charges are handled by Paddle in accordance with Paddle's own terms and policies.
By subscribing you authorise Paddle to charge your payment method on a recurring basis until you cancel. For billing enquiries contact billing@drivecarsglobal.com or Paddle's buyer support at paddle.net/support.
Failed payments will trigger automated retries. If payment cannot be collected, your account may be suspended or restricted until the balance is cleared.
5. Acceptable Use
You agree to use the Service only for lawful purposes and in accordance with these Terms. You must not:
- Use the Service to store or transmit unlawful, harmful or fraudulent content
- Attempt to gain unauthorised access to any part of the Service or its infrastructure
- Reverse engineer, decompile or disassemble any part of the Service
- Resell, sublicense or distribute access to the Service without written authorisation
- Use the Service in any way that violates applicable laws or regulations
6. Data Ownership and Privacy
You retain full ownership of all data you upload to or create within the Service ("Your Data"). You grant Drive Cars Global a limited licence to store, process and transmit Your Data solely to provide the Service to you.
We will not sell, share or exploit Your Data for commercial purposes beyond what is necessary to provide the Service. Our data practices are detailed in our Privacy Policy.
Upon termination of your account, you may request a data export within 30 days. After that period, we reserve the right to delete Your Data from our systems.
7. Intellectual Property
The Service, including its design, code, features, trademarks and documentation, is the exclusive property of Drive Cars Global and its licensors. Nothing in these Terms grants you any right to use our intellectual property other than as expressly provided.
8. Limitation of Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, Drive Cars Global and its affiliates, officers, directors and employees shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential or punitive damages, or any loss of profits or revenues, arising from your use of the Service.
Our total aggregate liability to you shall not exceed the fees paid by you in the 12 months preceding the event giving rise to the claim.
9. Disclaimer of Warranties
The Service is provided "as is" and "as available" without warranties of any kind, express or implied, including but not limited to fitness for a particular purpose, merchantability, or non-infringement. We do not warrant that the Service will be uninterrupted, error-free or free from viruses.
10. Termination
You may cancel your subscription at any time from your account settings. Cancellation takes effect at the end of the current billing cycle.
We may terminate or suspend your account immediately, without notice, if you breach these Terms, fail to pay amounts due, or if we are required to do so by law.
11. Governing Law and Jurisdiction
These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the United Arab Emirates, without regard to its conflict of law provisions.
Any dispute arising out of or relating to these Terms shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Dubai, United Arab Emirates.
12. Changes to Terms
We reserve the right to update these Terms at any time. We will notify registered users of material changes via email or in-app notification at least 14 days before the changes take effect. Continued use of the Service after changes take effect constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.
